Terms and conditions of service and carriage

Kinetic Kite Repair will always ensure that the customer is happy and satisfied with our services

We offer a "No Bull" policy, if you think that a repair does not live up to the high expectation that you should expect you can send it back for (1) FREE of charge re-repair.


Conditions of carriage

We will always send kites by recorded and insured mail (Usually parcelforce 48 hour) but in some cases packages can go missing. In these cases we can only refund the customer what is rewarded to us by the carriage company. Packages are always insured for the second hand value of a specific kite

 As the customer, you fully understand that:

We cannot be held accountable for lost or delayed packages
Delivery times are as quoted by the carriage company

Always take delivery times as a guidline only - If you are going on holiday or a special event please leave plenty of time for the kite to be returned to you.
